Hintertux speed camp
I'm off to Hintertux in Austria this weekend for a week's speed skiing with the British Children's Ski Team. GS and Super-G only, no slalom skis allowed! Coach Sean Langmuir is already out in Austria and the snow looks really good. Dave Ryding is also out there and it would be cool to train with him. When I get back I've got a weekend fitness camp in Aviemore. I've never been, so I'm looking forward to that. I'll post some pictures ...

A win at the Anglo-Welsh Indoor Championships at Manchester's Chill Factore on 1 September and a third at the British Championships the following day made the Friday night trip worthwhile.
Tignes Summer camp
After two weeks relaxing in Greece it was straight back to business on the Glacier in Tignes. A week training with Phil Brown and Impulse was great and with the hot weather we tried some of the other activities on offer. This water slide was massive, you can just about see me in mid-air before I dropped in the lake - which was freezing.
